in EDH, my commander is {Child of Alara} and i played {Celestial Dawn}, can i cast Child with all white mana instead its original 5 colors from commander zone? thanks

The important part here isn't that Child becomes White; that doesn't change it's mana cost.

The only important part here is that Celestial Dawn states "You may spend white mana as though it were mana of any color".  So you can spend your WWWWW as if it were WUBRG and cast your commander.

If you use curly brackets around the letters, they look like the symbols. I think that it looks more neat than letters, personally
