Title: do they exist?

do sleeves that have black borders that would overlay ugly looking white borders on cards exist? dont want to actually use a permanent marker and damage the cards or anything.

Please don't damage your cards. You'll come to love the art over time.

What's wrong with white border? I would love to have white border Power 9 or white border dual lands...

Power 9 only comes in black doesn't it?  The first set to have the white border was revised, which doesn't have the power 9...

Unlimited started with the white borders.  I wish it had started with Revised so that some of my core-set-only cards that I need in black border would be cheaper.

As for marking the sleeves...  You'd have to take something really smooth and maybe use it on a Perfect-Fit.  Just experiment with it.
