From everything I've seen here people normally trade at either the mid or low and only really give cash at the low.

I looked into the price of them and I could get three of them for $6 each with shipping. I'll give you $6 for each of them ($18) if you want.
It really varies on the item for low or mid, if its commonly available, low is better to go with, if its a little rarer and wanted, usually mid ends up happening
