i have {Scourge of Skola Vale} in play, then cast {Phyrexian Dreadnaught} can i sacrifice the dreadnaught to scourge instead paying dreadnaughts ability?

Yep you can.

However, you will need to do so while {Phyrexian Dreadnought}'s triggered ability is on the stack.
