You have 25 cards that will be used to boost or protect your creatures but only 12 creatures.
Perhaps remove some noncreatures and add some in?

Elspheth,Thune, and Brimaz are all cards.
Expensive yes but oh so good.

I consitently draw into my creatures though so it doesn't matter

How many games have you played and what kind of match ups have you had
I see mono black being a bad match up due to their abundance of creature hate

Mono black is the only bad matchup. By bad I mean it's an even matchup. The deck just steps on most other matchups. Control loses to an indestructibility play. Black usually dies to Alpha Authority making my creature hexproof. Then the monsters matchup gets killed uber fast by {alpha authority} {Madcap Skills} on turn three before they even have a threat on the field. It's all around rather solid

Consider {selesnya charm} as a backup creature, or maybe {gladecover scout} as an option vs tons of point removal. the charm also works for heroic or spot removal, so no downside there. i think you may need to rework your mana base, it seems a bit lopsided for the content

I've actually swapped it all to scry lands and plains. I just didn't update it here yet
