I am a very active person. I'm lifting weights in the gym three times a week, running about four times a week, and biking and swimming almost as much. I love to rock climb, kayak, and I absolutely love cliff diving.

It seems you are looking for a remedy to something, but in many cases you should try and make the remedy. I kind of forgot te quote by now so this probably doesnt fit. Anyways
