Can anyone tell me a normal rate for commens or uncommens in bulk? I'm about to sell about 20,000 commens and uncommens
Honestly for bulk commons it is like 3-5cents per commons. It really just depends what is in there and how old.. Uncommons I would say 8-10 cents per.
Sell them for whatever you can get. If you are serious about selling them; try not to get caught up on the price. Most people aren't going to pay much for bulk commons and uncommons. However, to make it more appealing to the buyer, try finding some (if there are any) of your commons and uncommons that are worth a bit more. Present these cards as a "guarantee". Somebody may be willing to pay a bit more if they know that your bulk sale contains twenty {ponder} or fifty {gitaxian probe}. Hope this helps and good luck with your sale.

I work part time for a magic vendor. The bulk rate for "buying" most commons and uncommons as a vendor, in the industry, is roughly $5/1000 count box. It's a cheap price, but most dealers don't move many c/uc cards unless they are gitaxian prove, boros charm, or rancor type cards.
As a player, I've never really seen anyone purchase that type of product before.
On eBay they do they most selling and buying of bulk. At lgs you barely get anything. If they are altered.. Different story

They sell bulk common/uncommon on eBay for .5?
I see around $50-60 per 4000 count box of bulk. Which comes out to between 1-2 cents per, before fees and shipping
