They both cost the same. Drown in Sorriw is strictly better

Plus they take one every time they draw. With {Sign in Blood} they take four. Not saying you should use them.

Also, maybe like two {Exsanguinate} because that mad devotion with {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx}

Sign in blood and exsanguinate aren't permanents. They wouldn't count towards devotion.
