i really want to run a {Phage the Untouchable} commander, but heres the question, incase i played {Phage the Untouchable} while {Torpor Orb} is in play, so the gameover for me wont trigger, but opponent {Disenchant}s the {Torpor Orb} and casts {Flicker} on {Phage the Untouchable}, would i lose?

You would lose, unless you choose to send Phage to the command zone instead.
903.12. (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=903.12.): If a commander would be put into the exile zone from anywhere, its owner may put it into the command zone instead.
So if a commander is flickered you can put it in the commander zone?!?
And I second the you lose if it hits back on the battlefield
so ill choose to send it to command zone instead to prevent losing, thanks :)
