Title: commander question again

im using {Merieke Ri Berit} as commander and shes on field, gaining control of opponents commander in play {Lord of Tresserhorn}, attacking my opponent with his/her own commander, does it deal commander damage too? i guess, yes, cuz its a commander (correct me if im wrong)

Yes but commander totals are kept separate from each other.

104.3j (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=104.3j): In a Commander game, a player that's been dealt 21 or more combat damage by the same commander over the course of the game loses the game. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704. Also see rule 903.14.)

It deals commander damage yes but you need to make it 21.:) if you control any commander it will deal commander damage:)
And 21 is so much easier to get then 40
