This looks fun.  I love tribal decks.  {Door of Destinies} and {Coat of Arms} are always good for tribal.

I'd suggest running more red sources of mana.  {Stomping Ground}, {Gruul Guildgate} or even some basic mountains.  {Kessig Wolfrun} is awesome and you'll want to use that.  Some red will also open up {Immerwolf} and {Pyreheart Wolf}.  You could also try to run some wolf token generators like {Garruk Relentless}, {Huntmaster of the Fells} or {Feed the Pack}.

{Feed the pack} and {Death's prescence} can be really overwhelming to your opponent. I recommend trying to find a spot for that combo
