Not sure how to go at this deck. I think I get the basic idea of what you are doing, but to better help you out maybe you could describe the strategies and endgames yourself and card interactions. That way we can see possible solutions for the decks consistency.

I personally not sure about the bidents. Think I would rather max out the Jaces for his digging power especially with all the control aspects I see in your instant spell assortment. It seems like a redundancy behind thassa and she already does her job very well.

The point of the deck is to have answers in my hand while stripping my opponent of theirs...end game is either pinging with the siren or beating with the reaver...rare occasions thassa might get activated...I have thought bout taking the bidents out and adding another jace and maybe 1 {read the bones}

Just finished my first play test and {blood baron} bashed my face in :/ still have a lot of testing to do

I like the idea.

If you are having problems with cards like baron and you have black mana in the deck it can be useful to use devour flesh or far//away to force a sacrifice of the impending threat. I find that the gain of life from devour flesh is moot. Desecration demon may be a useful threat for you, albeit not totally in your strategy. :-(

I have three far/aways and three dissolves in main and one more dissolve and three cyclonic rifts in side...but they only help when in hand :/ I actually had dezzy d in originally but took him out for +1 thassa +1 reaver and +1 downfall

{Devour flesh} is great when you have mr  {Erebos, God of the Dead} in play.

In standard their is a lack of fliers in most decks outside blue and storm breath, however the 1/1+ and lifelink I don't think will help your deck for its goal of stripping hands. I'd rather see 3 lifebanes main board this will help you game one against a blood baron. Have you thought about agent of fates might flow with your deck idea over the zombie if you want to stick with gift.
