{Horobi, deaths wail}
I want to build a monoblack edh using this commander what could use in the deck.
That's not a bad idea. Then any cheap spell you put in the deck good or bad will be a destroy creature.
Put in lots of spells that do bad things to a targeted creature for cheap?
Black should have hubdreds
He can have good and bad. All good would be better. Because he can use them to kill opponents creatures and if his opponent has none he can then buff his own creatures. Adding in heroic creatures would combo nicely with that. So you would double buff your creatures.

It actually wouldn't benefit any of his own creatures. That effect applies to all creatures, not just the opponents. So if you even target your own creature, it will die.
Unless they became indestructible or i had creatures that benefit me the more i kill such as blood artist/ reanimator.
He would need to find a way to make sure he could have creatures come back such as {living end} or other reanimator spells since desth's wail says creatures not opponents creatures. The wording makes it so if any creature period is targeted it dies due to her effect. Draws some hate. Definetly would use {caged sun} , {crypt ghast}, and other mana doublers to help make sure you can continually cast him
Good and bad is best cuz when you dont have horobi on the field you still need to interact meaningfully
Thats why it would be called death to all. I can run a bunch of targeting spells, and whenever a creature dies like morbid triggers
You cant forget {isochron sceptre} and anythig else thatll let you keep casting a targeting spell, it becomes an x-for-1
Horobi is awesome o.o
I know when i saw him i was like an non common black commander for win
