Is there a good, cheap (CMC wise) artefact card playable in EDH that states that whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card?
I hope not that would be a bit too good.....
I actually don't think there is one. If there was it would be in every {Roon of the Hidden Realm} and {Kiki Jiki} deck ever....
{Slate of Ancestry} I mean that's kinda close to what youre asking i guess? but it's 8 mana.
But if you run a token/1drops deck you can draw as much as you want.

there are definitely ways to get infinite counters on animar and cast cast artifacts for free.
