It has been brought to our attention that Ertai (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=14244) is Kuberr/Eneishi, a past scammer here who ripped a lot of people off in trades.

Also, it must be noted that Akroma (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=15188) is Ertai's spouse. There is no proof that she is guilty in any of the scams, but it is only fair to inform members that these members are related and have to be dealt with as they live in the same household.
If anyone has any other mailing addresses or names Ertai has traded with, please let us know.
Be very wary of trading with people in these areas around Arizona and by any of these names. If you have any questions about a trade or a person feel free to PM a mod to see if we know anything. Also the middleman service exists for a reason so if you are new or are uneasy about a trade, please utilize it.

He (Ertai) did offer to send first or use a middleman. While I understand this may be a red herring, it seems like scamming would be impossible with this offer. I am going ahead with the trade--as I said, he offered to send first so no harm. Just wanted to add this to the discussion. If he really is Kubber, is it possible he has turned over a new leaf?

I think one of the issues with this is that hawk has pointed out that even as kubber he still had "trusted trades" before he started stealing from people.
I'm not directly involved, but I think that based on the evidence that hawk has provided, it's now on Ertai to provide the proof that he's not kubber
But unlike Kuberr. I am offering that any further trade I do I will send first. Unless otherwise agreed. I agree to send first.

This is my opinion on it as well. I think that if everyone else wants to trade with him, you better message him and try and get some contact info or other forum that you guys can get on because I don't like someone like that being a part of a forum that has been wronged by him in the past. As someone who used to help out people away for crimes, this is similar and just because punishment isn't in the form of jail time, I think law says if x happens than the result is y, then no matter what the change of heart and mind is, it's too bad. They don't let off a kleptomaniac because they say they're going to change, or go into 15 retail stores and pay for their goods without stealing. I was not here before and even have a good trade with him. That being said, the first step needs to be admitting who he is, and apologizing for his wrongs. You can't change and grow before this happens. Your coming off like a kid who still thinks he can get away with something. Then you need to pay your debt to the community for your crimes. Which should be making right on your old trades. After all this is done then another chance should be given, but not before.
