{Sphinx's Disciple} and {Arbiter of the ideal} on the field
When they untap do I get to choose which one resolves first?
For example. Say I scry 2 and see a land and a card I need to play this turn
Could I choose to have arbiter put the land into play
Draw with disciple
Then draw my normal draw step card?
Yes you choose the order they go on the stack. So each turn you can change your mind.
