If I would play ajani's chosen and enchanted evening, because I can't interrupt the infinite production of tokens does that result in a draw?

421.4. If the loop contains only mandatory actions, the game ends in a draw. (See rule 102.6.)

For instance, you could {disenchant} the enchanted evening or {lightning bolt} Ajani after you get 10,000 cat tokens
