drop hydra, use xenagos, hydra goes from 4/4 to 8/8, declare as attacker and goes to 12/12
Turn ends and he is 8/8
Next turn repeat and he goes from 8/8 to 16/16 then gets his 8 counters so he is 24/24
The xenagos temporary boost is sick...
I was running a GR Monsters for my FNM this wrrk and did that. Very, very fun. Big Xeny in general is just nuts. Kalonian, Polakralaka whatev, Stormbreath, Xeny's Fanatic, etc. I love big dumb critter decks and he just did it for me.
Xenagos is hilarious, Turns my DD into. 12/12 w haste when he touches the field
Or sac a creature and then take 2 from mogis next upkeep :)
