Title: Reducing cost to 0

{Rakdos, Lord of Riots}
{Ragemonger}

There's no ruling that says I can't manage to cast some minotaur for free this way is there?

Nope! Say you have a Minotaur that is {1}{R}{B} in your hand. It is your second main phase. You have dealt one damage to an opponent with  {Rakdos, Lord of Riots} out, and then your  {Ragemonger} is out, so you can cast that Minotaur for {0}.

I'm thinking turn 5 {Lightning Strike} into a {Kragma Warcaller} for free B)
