She just started liking it! She's playing mono U Legacy Merfolk, Tier 1 stuff... FoW, Daze, etc
Today she actually asked me to play! Whaaaat
I was playing my modern USA.
Never had so much fun getting trounced on by {True Name Nemesis} :)
So awesome to see her liking the game, and actually making choices! When she first started she got flustered deciding when and what to cast, but she's just destroying me through smart counter spells and good old Aggro TNN now
She hated the game forever! But she tried building an EDH deck with {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} and she fell in love with {Bear Cub} lol then she saw TNN in my {The Mineoplasm} and decided to build Merfolk! She actually built a decently strong deck at first, it couldn't beat my USA, but it was solid. Then she started noticing what cards were on the field when she was winning, ran 4 of those, and dropped the bad stuff. Currently she is running a single {Vapor Snag} in place of {Æther Vial} because she likes the card, and a single {Remand} in place of one {Silvergill Adept} because she thinks he looks like Benedict Cumberbatch lol but hey she's getting good! She once had 2x TNN and 2 {Phantasmal Image} as TNNs T4 from {Æther Vial}, and lets just say I lost haha
It's so awesome to see her express an interest! She loves winning, and I've never had so much fun losing :D
