Credit for the list (at least, where I found it) goes to centurion911 from MTGSalvation (http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/legacy-type-1-5/established-legacy/aggro/179839-deck-jund?page=32)

I have heard of  {Young Pyromancer} being used in some builds. What would be the advantage of including him?

I don't think it would have a place in this deck. There just aren't enough low-cost spells to make tokens.

The decks I've seen {Young Pyromancer} in have been U/R Delver, where he's awesome, because all of the cheap tempo spells (Force, Daze, Bolt, Stifle, etc.). You just resolve him, then every spell you cast afterwards (protecting him, clearing away blockers, countering threats) is great because it grows your army.

You might be getting confused with the recent banning of DRS in modern. He is completely legal in legacy.
