For example. . .
Let's say my opponent cast 3 creatures cards, One at a time each one resolving. Now Mindbreak trap casts for "0", can I target the first two creature spells which have already resolved?
So basically it lets you counter 1 creature for 0 if it's the third creature played. Just trying to figure out the use of this card if you have to let 2 spells resolve before you cast it. Seems weird and very situational.

{Mindbreak Trap}
Incorrect.
The card lets you pay {0} if three or more spells have been cast. These spells do not have to have resolved, only cast. This means you can stop combos if all the spells are still on the stack, or in a counterspell war scenario.
Okay, thank you! So it's best use is for the stack. Kinda figured that :( was hoping I was missing something super cool about it though. Thanks again!
Mindbreak trap say, "spells your opponent cast". So it would have to be spells they cast.
So Let's say your holding Mindbreak "test". I cast memnite memnite mox. You could counter each of them?
Thought I had it! Sorry got confused at some point lol.
Okay, great! Sorry for the confusion. just wanted to make sure I understood it before attempting to play it. Thanks!
Another fun tip for you about mindbreak trap that makes it well worth paying the full {2}{U}{U} cost for.
Because it says "exile target spells" and not "counter target spells," you can legally use Mindbreak Trap to remove spells like {Counterflux} or {Divine Verdict} that cannot be countered. You're not technically countering it, you're exiling a target spell (which prevents it from resolving, effectively countering it).
Mindbreak Trap is one of the only cards in all of magic capable of stopping uncounterable spells. Fun stuff!

I believe you mean {Supreme Verdict} rather than {Divine Verdict}, but yeah, that's one reason why it's so good!
I wish there was something like hexproof that worked on the stack...
Yes, I did mean Supreme! Thanks for the correction! +1 for fixing my mistake :)
Wow yeah fantastic. That makes it very cool actually!
