Why is {Wasteland} more than {Strip Mine}? Wasteland targets nonbasic lands only. Strip Mine can destroy any land. Is it because Wasteland had smaller prints? Ideas? Opinions? Thanks.

{Wasteland} is legal in Legacy and unrestricted in vintage, {strip mine} isn't.
