4x {gather the townsfolk} for one. You have very little that I can see to build your champions.
You could also use {unruly mob} along side or replacing.
Also look at the {silver-inlai dagger} as equipment. It's awesome with all of those guys, even better on humans.
You could also look at {avacyn's collar} to give vigilance and more tokens.

I think you might want to sub in 2 vaults for a swamp and plains. Vaults don't stack so having 2 at the same time is worse than having colored mana. And by the time you have the 5 lands needed to use the vault AND the chance to use its ability without high opportunity costs, you would have probably already got one with 2 of them in the deck. Also, with only 2 colors and 4 chapels, you might not even need wilds. In which case you should sub in swamps and plains for the wilds. And if you do that, you could probs afford to have 4 vaults in the deck.

I may, of course, be wrong though! Just try it out. :)

This is my first token deck, makes sense to me.

You are using hardly any black so I would think you could do 2 swamps and 2 evolving wilds and then make the rest planes since you have the 4 B/W lands already. Might try that out.

Def worth a playtest.
