Any thoughts? Please keep in mind this is a budget deck.
{Jwar Isle Refuge} and {Dimir Guildgate} are super cheap. {Drowned Catacomb} and {Darkslick Shores} are a bit more expensive, along with {Temple of Deceit}. Maybe a few {Evolving Wilds} for mana fixing?
I was thinking dimir charm in replace of vile rebirth but an instant 2/2 creature for B can be pretty handy.
Do you want to keep the deck in standard rotation but a casual standard? Or do you want to branch out to other sets?

Let me do some research and get back to you :)
{Endless Ranks of the Dead} is great for multiplying your creatures, {Diregraf Ghoul} is a decent one-drop ({Gravecrawler} is better but more expensive), and {Zombie Apocalypse} is nice to have in your sideboard for decks with a lot of removal. {Army of the Damned} is fun if you can get the mana. And, as CbStrad said, you really should have {Cemetery Reaper}.
