Lol, i have had worse. I lost after resolving {Mind Over Matter} in my {Arcanis, the Omnipotent} EDH deck. I cast my {Laboratory Maniac} and then drew the rest of my deck, and in response my opponent cast {Sudden Spoiling}.

That's probably one of the funniest losses I've ever heard of.

I haven't had much of a funny loss, but I have heard of one guy who cast a {Serra Avatar}, but had it {Essence Backlash}'d.

That would be pretty rough

My funniest loss was when I went off with {Enduring Ideal} in EDH. I had the {Dovescape} + {Humility} lock in place, and {Delaying Shield} + {Phyrexian Unlife} to keep me from dying. Then once my life total got below 0, someone casts {Abrupt Decay} on my {Phyrexian Unlife}. Yeah...

I just finished My {Animar, soul of Elements} EDH deck. I lost after playing 20 creatures in one turn....

{Sudden Spoiling} makes {Laboratory Maniac} lose its ability, so he milled himself out

Guess I didn't really see it as an ability I guess.

I was playing The Commander 2013 Decks Esper vs. Grixis. I cast  {Serra Avatar} with 150+ life. Opponent casts  {Phthisis}.  Ended with -150. Sucks a lot.

I was playing my green black edh deck once and had my last opponent down to I think around 17 life (while I was at 40). Guy drops {omniscience}, starts pulling ridiculous creatures. I chump blocked down to {artisan of kozilek}. Drew {sorin, Markov}, kept him. Went down to 5 life I think. Drew {hex}, wiped all his untapped creatures, cast sorin, used second ability to drop him to ten, attack with artisan for the win. Just barely survived haha.

Well if it was cast the turn you drew your deck, then you would have still won, since it's not all of your cards gone that kills you, it's trying to draw a card when you have no cards in your library. So, unless your opponent destroyed  your lab maniac before drawing another card, you win.

presumably, in response to the very activation of the draw ability, he cast sudden spoiling.

Time stop is brutal!

Killed a player with {Game of Chance} tonight. A coin toss for his life - he lost ;)

I then went on to win with {Mana Barbs} and using {Mindslaver} to tap a LOT of lands.

God, I love EDH.

One of the players at LGS really loves {{Whims of the Fates}}. As a result, she put it in several EDH decks. Everyone plays it the same way: throw all your permanents into one pile and hope you win. The game where turn ten everyone lost Russian Roulette was pretty hilarious.

I'm putting it my deck for just this reason. Sorry {Conjured Currency}, you're funny, but not as funny as Russian Roulette :P
