Yeah, budgets are a big thing. I'd say still replace {Satyr Firedancer} with something, you have minimal burn. There are better cards.
I figure he can be either a turn 3 or 4 play depending on what oter burn I have in my hand. Too little burn you think?

Np :) my friend runs a powerhouse Rakdos deck and it's awesome, so I can ask him for advice! I can actually post the list if you want. Although, it does not have a budget.

I was fortunate enough to pull a mogis and have a friend let me borrow his when i play with this deck, otherwise he wouldnt be here either. I think he's like the 3rd costliest god right now

So I kind of overhauled things a bit. Rakdos colors can bestow on the curve really well and i figure with creatures that aren't bad either by themselves or as auras, I'll have way more options every turn.
I was thinking either
Turn 1: Hero or cackler
Turn 2: Jester or everflame or spiteful or madcap
Turn 3: bestow Everflame or summon Flailer or Herald
Turn 4: bestow Spiteful or sac Flailer
Turn 5: bestow Herald
Then pump everflame if he's still alive or give the regular auras out or control via lightning strike
Trade, pump, repeat
