Title: Multiplayer Strionic Resonator + Master of Cruelties
Post by: matchsticks720 on February 11, 2014, 12:05:34 PM
Been doing lots of research on this and have one final question. Does Master of Cruelties' triggered ability refer to the defending player that I have chosen to attack OR all defending players during my attack phase? I want to use Strionic Resonator to set two players' life totals to 1 on the same turn and then ping them somehow. Eg. Rakdos Guildmage.

PS this is my first post so pls forgive noobishness.

no because it says the player who he's attacking's life total becomes one.  how you want to abuse him can only be done with things like {aurelia, the warleader} and {medomi, the ageless} to let him attack again.
theres an infinite combo with aurelia that lets you get an infinite number of combat phases. Look it up In "from the lab" on the wizards site. It involves the resonator somehow. I forget

That makes sense. Thanks for the help everyone.
