Title: "Casual Decks"
Post by: IntoFire on February 11, 2014, 07:51:09 AM
In your opinion, would a deck worth around $600 still be considered "casual"?

You could make a deck that costs thousands of dollars with no lands that you cant actualy play.. But it still wont be competitive(obviously not referring to belcher decks)

The decklist is all that matters(eggs for example)

If its $600 and really good then obviously its competitive

Casual is the format with no bans/restricted cards.  Hulk flash is a good example of a casual deck.

My friends think I'm too competitive.  Me?  Competitive?  ;)

Hulk Flash is not casual... Hulk Flash is Bitch format

According to the Gatherer, Bitch isn't a format, and Hulk Flash is legal in Casual. umad?

I think a casual deck is defined by when it wins. Not how it wins, or how much the cards in it cost. However less casual decks tend to be more expensive by nature. So short answer: yes, but the money would probably be mostly in the mana base.
