Can u bestow a creatire from the battlefield. I thought u had to cast it for bestow cost but ive played with ppl tht claim other wise. And on a totally different note is time stretch a legal card

When you cast the bestow card, say, {Boon Satyr}, you choose whether you pay it's original cost or it's bestow. If you cast the normal cost, it's a Creature Enchantment . If you cast the bestow it becomes an Enchantment Aura. So the answer is no, you can't simply bestow it onto another creature if it is already a Creature Permanent.

As for {Time Stretch}, which format are you asking about?
