There are two different types of cyanide. The kind in apples is very, very different from the toxin most well known as being the main ingredient for "suicide pills." Eating a cup of apple seeds won't kill him. It won't be particularly pleasant to digest, and I'd expect a an uncomfortable stomachache, but he'd be fine.
There's cyanide in mott's apple juice, which we feed to toddlers. It's perfectly fine. Check with the FDA - there was even a big controversy a couple years ago when that Dr Oz goofball went against their notices that airing an episode of his show scaring his viewers about cyanide was dangerous and misinformed.
I would point out that Dr. Oz is a doctor, not a plant expert, furthermore I have a book sitting right in front of me that says that apple seeds are high in cyanide and are poisonous if eaten in large quantities
A cup isn't as dangerous as say a mixing bowl full

The casing around apple seeds is thick and hard to break through, so unless Birdbrain extensively chews each seed, there's very little chance of him getting sick

ive been posting, just not in here. Because I've realized going through with it would effect everyone I know. Every life effects every other life in one way or another. If even one life is gone, it effects do many others. After thinking that I couldn't go through with it
