Holy .poo. this game is stressful. I've been playing for two hours and have only seen the xenomorph's tail, but I'm still jumping at every little noise. You get a false sense of hope when you get a weapon. You think it's useful, but the xenomorph just doesn't care about your dinky little .357.

I don't like bad ports. PC master race, yo. For realsies, though, I've got two different consoles I could buy it for, but it was on sale on steam, so I got it there, then found out I couldn't use my mouse. That's like giving someone a controller and saying "Hey, you've got all these face buttons and two analog sticks, but you can't use any of the face buttons for the whole game." And, to be honest, it's just one of those games that I got so tired of hearing about that it disuaded me from wanting to even play anymore. See also: Skyrim, Destiny, Borderlands.

I thought that was the silliest complaint also. Usually games are cut short due to budget and shipping times.

Fair point. I guess what I'm getting at is the repetitiveness is fine for a time because Alien is .loving. awesome, but it starts to drag out and lose its shine. I think it's a good game for a few hours. The first four or five hours are amazing, but it doesn't hold up.

Yeah! It's been out for awhile and Majora's Mask remake is out next year :D they updated the graphics, but the best feature is all the items, gear, etc. is all on the bottom touch screen so no more having to press start and flip through just to switch items or take boots on/off.

Well, right before I read this I was playing Minecraft, and right after reading this I'll probably go play Metroid Prime.....
I've been working pretty hard on Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. I honestly love this random little trilogy. All three games were a blast. Not as good as previous FF games (V, VII, and X, namely) but still pretty damn good.
Diablo 3, it's consumed me.

Just finished Mass Effect 2. By far the hardest of the three to get through. Just a dull/repetitive game, IMO. The story is good and the Collectors are really interesting enemies, but gameplay wise, it's lacking. Severely. "Acquire teammate. Gain loyalty of teammate. Repeat a billion times. Endgame." But hey, this game introduces Thane, Mordin, and Kasumi. That makes it all worth it.
Now, on to 3! 😍
Ok, finished the Mass Effect trilogy! Now, it's time to start Dead Space! I'm just going to shoot for getting all the achievements. Since I've already finished DS1, I'm going to start DS2 and get started on hardcore :D

Dark souls 2 was great at least. Never got to play the first one. Bloodborne is similar. Not as hard overall but definitely lots more unique monsters.

Ok bloodthornes character customization at 12am when you're stoned is not fun. I just wanna play the game. Took me a minute to grab my weapon and kill the first wolf. Then I died and I can't stand load times. Why the hell can't they fix these load times for games.

The Load times were fixed. Did you download the update? Now instead of the super long screen that says bloodborne there's a short screen with facts about items. Game is much better after updating.

Getting stuck with the huge mob and one big guy for blood Thorne in the first Area, annoyed it doesn't tell me any of the significance of the stats for type of back ground. I never liked the batman arkham games and this reminds of it.

Problems with PS4 is indeed include that limited library. Luckily they have some indie games to tide you over along with bigger titles (bloodborne, all that jazz) to play until the upcoming BIG titles come out. The new Metal Gear Solid which is supposed to vastly overshadow its (full game) predecessor in scale, Persona 5, Kingdom Hearts 3, the next batman game, Uncharted 4, and (maybe because I believe one of the developers left or something along those lines) Silent Hills, and No Man's Sky (I believe that's what it is called)
I personally, do not own a PS4 anymore because I traded it in for a Wii U. Buying the PS4 again later on when it has said games and any games that pop up along the way. Who knows, maybe we could get a next gen Fallout game (wouldn't that be .loving. awesome) maybe a sequel to The Last Of Us (even more .loving. awesome). And God forbid a FF7 remake (😱😱😱)

I'm hankering to play zelda and smash bros. I'm not a fan of a lot of the ps flagship series like uncharted, never was into the assassin creed games, never into batman arkham style games, I'm checking the online library, some other games I was looking at the store looked interesting via the trailers: evolve, dying light.
We will see where I go with this. Alien isolation has been good, it's stressful but good. I'm still really surprised at the small library...oh and that bloodthorne needs the disk yet you can dl the game....

Ah went with the axe, then the saw, been repeating the same zone for so long that I've worn the durability down, so may start over and try the cane hah
Cane is fun. 11/10 would reccomend.
Definitely spend your echoes early when you can. Buying molotovs and potions. And the charged attack with the hunters axe is super op. You can knock down most opponents (including bosses) and you can also swing through walls. saw cleaver is fine and the threaded cane is the worst of the 3 imo. Threaded cane is ok for pvp but pretty bad for pve. And practice parrying with your gun as much as you can. The earlier you get it the easier the game will be.

I mean the moveset is cool, but is just does much less damage then the others when upgraded. And getting to the first boss can be done with fists so getting there with the threaded cane is nbd.

The new Metal Gear Solid which is supposed to vastly overshadow its (full game) predecessor in scale, Persona 5, Kingdom Hearts 3, the next batman game, Uncharted 4, and (maybe because I believe one of the developers left or something along those lines) Silent Hills, and No Man's Sky (I believe that's what it is called)
I personally, do not own a PS4 anymore because I traded it in for a Wii U. Buying the PS4 again later on when it has said games and any games that pop up along the way. Who knows, maybe we could get a next gen Fallout game (wouldn't that be .loving. awesome) maybe a sequel to The Last Of Us (even more .loving. awesome). And God forbid a FF7 remake (😱😱😱)
Right now it just feels like a big waiting game with all the new consoles. I am personally gonna stick with the Wii U for now until I can get my better games. Not to mention Steam is always providing a gateway to content.
But that's my 2 cents.

The multiplayer is very fun. I could easily find random players and do night hunts. Scary but fun.

In general it's fine just helping people out with their quests. But at night is when it gets really fun. The night hunters are hunting you, and in return your hunting them and their nests. Quite scary and fun.
Actually in love with faster than light even though I suck at it.

Yes! I've loved these games for a long time.
Nearing the end of dying light campaign makes me sad, was really fun, may have to get the expansion packs if they have them for storyline
Game reminded me of gta x rage + zombies. Really fun game, although been annoyed that a few fun items have been lost after quest complete such as the sword recipe and meteorite gun
Going back to basics:
OpenTTD; transport tycoon deluxe.
Even while having some issues like passengers and mail not caring where they're hauled, since they don't have a destination, it's still the best when it comes to putting down infrastructure and general playability.

Hey, what are some good Wii U games to play. Already got Bayonetta 1 and 2, smash 4, and Mario Cart 8. Should I grab a splatoon, and Xenoblade next? And on top of that, I've had a couple friends recommend ZombiU, which I am very much on the fence about. It has good reviews, but I'm still unsure.

The drop is totally realistic and not built in to keep you playing so you are subjected to more micropayment decisions thus increasing the odds you will at some time succumb to do one such a transaction and then suddenly find out you've bee pumping a lot of real cash in a free to play..

My school blocks it :/ fortunately I found a Chrome plugin that lets me ignore the school firewall.

Pretty fun I mean I haven't lived long enough to learn about the different things you can build and everything but it definitely has lots of variety and some cool guns as far as I can tell. There's also a throwback to der riese as a special buy map called the giant. Didn't get that since I played enough der riese in my day.

I keep playing ESO because they seem to have sustainable business model which is similar to what iMtG has, so I like it. But it also is one of the best CRGP-lines in the history of gaming, I believe.
