An attempt at Affinity. Seemed fun and (for modern standards) cheap. Criticism welcome!

This looks really good, just a few suggestions:

Does the mountain work well for you? If you need the 17th land, you might want to consider a rainbow source like {city of brass} so you can cast {thoughtcast} and {steelshaper's gift} off of it.

Also, assuming {rest in peace} is in the sideboard for {living end}, I feel like {relic of progenitus} might do more for you than {rest in peace} since it's an artifact and metalcraft is important. I'm not sure what {spell snare} is in the side for, but you might consider dropping it for a 4th {thoughtseize} or {galvanic blast}.

{Grafdigger's cage} instead of RIP?

{Grafdigger's Cage} doesn't stop {living end}, and {torpor orb} hoses melira-pod (the only deck you'd use the cage against) while hosing splinter twin (a really hard matchup).

Sideboard looks great I would -1 {Steelshapers' Gift} for either +1  {Thoughtcast} or  {Galvanic Blast} I've found one gift is the correct ammount. Hope you're enjoying the deck so far :) it is cheap by modern standards, but can hold its own

I kinda like having the one of basic to get a little value if something gets pathed.  However, I do like the idea of a rainbow land. We'll see. May swap it for a city. Definitely liking the rip/relic swap. The snare was just for goyf/bob shtuff, but dropping it to finish out the Thoughtseize playset. Thanks!

The deck is a blast!  Simpler than I'd typically like, but I don't want to shell out the money for a competitive RWU haha. I kinda like that six chances to hit the {Cranial Plating}, but I definitely am considering swapping one for a {Thoughtcast}. I was kinda wanting to make room for more {Thoughtcast} anyhow.

I am a little iffy on keeping the playset of {Arcbound Ravager}. They're damn good, but I'm never really stoked to draw one. But, I don't know that there's be anything to replace it haha.

You could always replace a arch bound with thoughtcast so you can keep the playset of cranial plating.

I would change the name of the deck to Go-Bots... In homage to a little known spin-off of the 80's Transformers cartoon...

I see a lot of pros playing  {Welding Jar} in this deck as a way to keep their creature alive against decks like Jund that have a lot of removal. You might want to try it out.

Part of me says yes, but part of me says no...  It seems good, but it also seems like it could be a dead draw. May give it a shot, though.
