Title: Plalanx leader
Post by: Presentjackson on February 04, 2014, 09:13:44 AM
Yesterday i used {common bond} on my {plalanx leader}. I just read the rulings on plalanx leader. It says only one targeting is going to trigger heroic, so i cant target him twice with that one spell?

You can target him twice with {common bond}, but heroic will only activate once per spell. He will end up with 2 counters from bond and a counter from heroic.

The two different intences of +1/+1 counters of common bond would trigger two different heroics correct?

Martial glory works in a similar way.

I was told it does activate heroic both times ! It does say target creature for both 1/1 counters and heroic triggers if it is targeted!!!

Heroic can only be triggered once on any given creature by any given spell. If your spell has two instances of the word trigger, you can target two creatures with heroic and each creature will trigger heroic, but if you target one creature twice, heroic will only trigger once because it is the same spell.
