Why lilianna? Why not something more functional like a Jace?

Too much with 81 cards in the main deck. I would start by cutting creatures that are not blue;  they don't have the devotion for Gary if that is your win con.

I'm worried about not having enough mana to bring out the champion and Gary, that is why I'm using Lilliana, as well as using the blue to get more fliers and to help scry into the things I need.

If you want a blue black deck, thats a completely diferent deck than a gary deck.

This.  The deck lacks focus.  Either you want Gary or not. If you do, it will be hard to pull him when the deck is this inflated. Plus. You won't have the devotion to really make him effective if it is stretched across two colors.
