After seeing that  {Deathrite Shaman} has been banned and that bitterblossom and wild nacatl have been unbanned I was wondering what everybody's thoughts were on how the modern f

Banning DRS will definitely change. I think it's too soon to say how except the obvious that kind in not as op or at least will need to find a new method to be extremely efficient.

It will be interesting to see how melira pod changes due to the banning.

Golgari decks take a big hit, more so Junk than Jund since DRS acted as direct damage and Jund has access to Red. The unbannings have a greater impact than the banning because it adds two decks to the meta game. While all we have to do is fjnd a suitable shaman replacement from a wide card pool. Not that it will be nearly as powerful as deathrite..
