In one of the Friday nights videos by loading ready run there was an experimental format called prancy pants. I would like to create that format. A cards medium value on tcg player rounded down to the nearest whole dollar would be the points cost for the card. The format would be rares and mythics only. There woud be a maximum of 100 points for all cards. One card may not exceed 10 points. All other rules are the same as any other game of any format. 60 card constructed decks. Make decks for this format!

So if a card is worth $0.99, I round it down to 0 points?
