With {Heroes' Podium} in BNG, could it be possible that we see a Return to Kamigawa block?
I doubt it, it wasn't well recived. It had a lot of parasitic things in it, and it was after a block that broke the game, so they were too worried about power level. To top it off, it was too vorthos and not enough Melvin, so it was hard to get why they made the cards
MaRo has said on his tumblr that they don't plan to return to failed blocks like Kamigawa. Tamiyo in Avacyn Restored was a nod to Kamigawa, and Theros replacing it as the "legendary" plane means it isn't coming back.

He has said it is unlikely, but he has never said never about anything. I would be surprised if Magic doesn't go back in the next twenty years (assuming it lasts that long). Lots of people like Kamigawa and with Commander getting more and more popular the demand for Kamigawa will rise even more. Kamigawa was the first top-down set and it had its problems but Innistrad's and Theros's success are proof that WoTC has gotten better at topdown. As the design space dwindles, Return to Kamigawa will look more and more appealing...
