Seems a little expensive to cast, I ran it a few times and never really got around to casting it until later in the game

I'm not saying it's bad lol, it's a good card, I just never really got a good chance at running it effectively
Take out the Grimgrins. all of them. and the Lich. Put in four {Diregraf Ghoul}s and another messenger and another crawler
Maybe add {moan of the unhallowed}? You could use it with Grimgrin's ability. Oh, and I'd use {go for the throat} over {doom blade} since you can target black creatures with it

Maybe I could sideboard doom blade, and use go for the throat in my main deck?
I have a similar deck, but I use grave purge instead of ghoucallers chant, also I would put in an army of the damned. It comes out pretty fast with what you have going on... With endless ranks it is rediculous, also zombie infestation, or jace's archivist with ruinator and grave crawlers to cast while you mill out your opponents hands... It's up to you, but a few things to toss around.

I use 2 {Call to the kindred} since they will let me thow out skaabs without the downside to casting. But i completely agree with using {Go for the Throat} over {Doom Blade} there has been countless times a throat would have won me the game.
Have some doom blade side boarded for back cards like sheoldred that will shut your cards down. Sheoldred is very much alive in standard.

Doom blade doesnt work and sheoldred.
Moo the deck looks pretty nice, I will probably add in some go for the throat an maybe an army and infestation, I was just hesitant since they are kind've costly. Your deck looks pretty nice

With {Zombie Infestation}, you specifically have to discard two cards to pay the cost. You can't count cards that you are discarding for other reasons.
Rats... I didn't think it did just wanted to clarify before I altered the deck
