Title: Dark depths
Post by: Noblellama on January 29, 2014, 02:02:26 PM
Just an odd question about wording.

If my {Auratog} eats my {ordeal of Heliod} I gain ten life.

I know the wording is different but is there any way to feed something {dark depths} in this way to still get Marit?

You've got a point, actually. It is an ETB triggered ability, so {Torpor Orb} would do it, also {voidslime}, {trickbind}, or {stifle}.

edit: i'm a dumb, dark depths ain't a creature

If it could be made into a creature BEFORE it entered that might work

I think voidslime would still work. Maybe this should be continued in discussion or combos?
