does inspired trigger during untap or upkeep? i thought players didn't get priority during untap step. if it is during untap step, can players respond to inspired?

The trigger will wait till state based actions are checked at the beginning of the upkeep.
Well they trigger at every untap don't they (not JUST during untap phase)?
