iMtG Server: Gathering

Hey,

Is the first ability of {Elspeth Tirel} in the case of multiple creatures in play a 'one life gaining event' or does it 'gain life' for every creature in play? As in combination with {archangel of thune}.  In short, when there are four creatures in play, does {Archangel of thune} trigger once or four times?
