I'm looking for a spell in {G}{U}{B} that can reanimate either a creature or enchantment.
I'd prefer battlefield but to my hand is okay too
Well, there are always {regrowth}-type effects.
{Pharika's Mender} and {Eternal Witness} are the only ones that I know which can recur either card type.
{Creeping Renesance} puts them to your hand. I can't remember anything else in bug that lets you reanimate either an enchantment or creature.

{Life // Death} (Death)
{Animate Dead}
{Exhume}
{Phyrexian Reclamation}
{Regrowth}
{Reincarnation}
{Eternal Witness}
{Phyrexian Delver}
This is every reanimating effect I use in my Varolz deck, sans {Reanimate} (I have {Life // Death} anyway).

Then your solution is to wait and hope that Journey Into Nyx has something. Or splash white for {Sun Titan}, {Obzedat's Aid}.

It's commander :/ but the ones that return to hand are decent enough. I just need a way to get back Pod if I dredge it out or something

flashback cabal therapy -> reanimate snapcaster -> flashback regrowth
all done from the grave, recurs one card
{Strands of Night}
And
{Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}
Or budget
{Blanket of Night}
{Rise of the Dark Realms}, I'll reanimate, we'l, everything.
