sorry to intrude but if you both have upkeep triggers, nonactive (sheoldred's sac) should resolve before active players (make cats) trigger.

Doesn't mater except for haste, as I had cats to sac the first time.
I was under the impression that as the active player I get to stack the triggers a so like. I don't care enough to wait for a judge, but if anyone is a judge or can quote the rules I would be curious to know the answer

(http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=405.3.): If an effect puts two or more objects on the stack at the same time, those controlled by the active player are put on lowest, followed by each other player's objects in APNAP order (see rule 101.4). If a player controls more than one of these objects, that player chooses their relative order on the stack.
