Digging The Hole has more versitillity against other decks but it takes a fair amount of luck to pull it off and you have to be careful and watch out for counter spells or creature destruction when you do get it.

black jester asked a better question, that and which ever one you feel most confident in.
I really like the look of the bottom deck..but I think if your going to be running heartless summoning you'd need a Titan of some sort...personally I'd just scrap the heartless summonigs and maybe throw in some heavy duty burn spells ? Devils play could work seeing as you get the mana
You do realize that the whole deck is based around the {Heartless Summoning} combo to produce infinite mana right?
That being said, I might just take you up on the Titan suggestion.
Give one deck to your friend to play you , put them against each other, last deck standing wins
