I always put cards that I trade in a sleeve then in a hard plastic sleeve. It makes it so that it arrives in good condition. Trust me, people don't like getting cards wrapped loosely in Little Debbie snack food cardboard (yes that happened to me...).

At least one hard card case, sometimes I'll toss in a common freebie. I'm not enough of a high roller to give rare freebies. Lol.

I actually ran out two days ago, so I'm with you. For my recent trades, I was extremely paranoid, even though I made them almost bullet proof! :O

I buy cards on ebay and I don't trade all that much on here, so I always have some spares from ebay. That's how I get them, anyways.

Wal-mart has some. Just check the section were they sell the cards at. Maybe even target, but I haven't been in a target in a long time though.

I usually punch a whole through the card, tie it up to a pigeon and pray. Most people don't mind. Just ask jester, he said it added a nice touch. Birdcrap does become a problem though

One time I got abunch of losse cards in an envelope. Luckily they weren't bent. I always mail a sleeve it's like a quarter or something. I hate bent cards so I pay it forward.

It was great!  When the pigeon arrives, you get your cards and a meal!  As for the bird crap, it's fine.  The {Snapcaster Mage} had some on it so I just grabbed the edges rubbed it back an forth really hard on a table edge.  Like shinning shoes.  You can still read most of the card, and the sleeves keep it pretty straight.

What kind of envelope do you use while trading? I've used bubble envelopes for the few trades I've had but it's expensive to use them. Would it be acceptable to use a normal envelope or do people not like receiving cards in normal envelopes? All cards I send are in hard sleeves FYI.

I use just a standard envelope and just put the card in, in a hard sleeve of course

Standard envelope with a stamp.  Hard sleeve or soft sleeve but I wrap em in a piece of paper so they don't shift.  6-8 cards max in one envelope.....it is cheaper to mail two diff envelopes than to use bubble mailers.  Bubble mailers are for {black loti} 😜

Yeah...I use standard envelopes with hard case and sleeve. I get bubble wrapped from ebay some times, and it does make me feel all gud and fuzzy inside; but it is not really all that neccesary for day to day trading. It's like wearing a suit. Some times you are just over dressed, but you better dawggan have one for a special occasion!

I've had 3 different regular envelopes come to me with rips in them, so might not be a bad idea to secure thee cards to the envelope somehow so they don't fall out.

Soaked in water for an hour, folded a couple of times and then wrapped around the leg of a carrier pigeon.  Albatross for bigger trades.

I don't trade much...  :'(

I used to send in a bubble wrap envelope but once I started receiving cards in a regular envelope I just went that route theyve always arrived fine.  It's best not to use a hard plastic sleeve in an envelope if it's too thick the envelope gets snagged on the machine that process it.  I received one tore up and wide open but the cards were still in there.

I use a regular envelope and hard cased so the cards don't bend. If I'm out of cases I stuff extras to provide protection for the card and use cardboard
