What about a B/U deck? Black for hand disruption (Thoughtseize, Duress,...) and blue to counter. Keep their hand empty as possible and counter the few cards they do get in their hand.

My modern mill deck is similar to this. Works pretty well.
Modern Mill is the way to go. If built correctly it is pretty god damn disgusting.
Refer to the M13 DotP deck from Jace.
It's incredibly fast and very fun. Add your own tweaks, and you'll win easily.
I think I've gone 10-3. Which is nifty.
