Blue has a lot of spells that give all cards flash so that could be something to look into.
{Panopticon Mirror} can do this if your playgroup allows
Also another for cmc 2 or less instants is {isochron scepter}

Guess you'll have to be satisfied with {echo mage}, {Uyo, Silent Prophet}, and {hive mind}
It all varies everywhere, just ask before games start if there's any objection to banned cards.
Cuz some cards that aren't banned should be in EDH
Sylvan primordial is Cheapo #1 in multiplayer
Then you have winter orb
Then you have {Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger}
Deadeye navigator + palinchron
Etc etc
EDH is no longer casual as infinite combo or permanent lock down is the thing to do with most groups
Then you get places that only do duelist aka French commander
Casual format out the window :P
