Needs m15's waste not when it comes out. But looks like fun. Would another pithing needle SB be good against GR ramp or esper?

May as well swap some of the swamps for mountains and make it rakdos. Then you can drop bombs like {rakdos return} with a few {shrieking affliction} out.
