If I have {Painter's Servant} in play and I mill my opponent by activating {Grindstone}, what happens when his library has {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}?
After you mill his library, it just gets shuffled back, because you don't lose for having 0 cards in your library until you have to draw next.
